Attu's Children's Book Series
Join Attu and Mingo in their quest to help children learn about and explore our world! We are seeking investor funding to support the publication of our Attu educational children’s book series. This 45 book series will tell stories about the visits and destinations in America through the eyes of a polar bear, Attu.
Attu’s Adventures begins by exploring our National Parks and Preserves. These books include information on each park’s history, animal life, and geographical layout. They also provide kid’s with the best interesting destinations within each park (like where to get the best ice cream!).
The Attu series will then branch out to books exploring weather phenomena, native cultures in America, and American history including the Revolutionary War, Civil War, westward expansion and more. Attu will have a travel series showcasing spectacular travel destinations in America such as great train rides, Alcon Highway adventures, and other fascinating roadways to magnificent vistas and destinations.
All books include a well-researched, interesting story and are illustrated with vivid photography by author Mingo Morvin. Most of the Attu books will be 24 to 28 pages in length. There is nothing like this on the market today! These books are both educational and beautiful. We aim to help children learn about our great country’s history so that they can appreciate all that this country currently offers. We believe that without knowing our past, we have no way of moving into a successful future.
Alaskan Reasearch Expedition
Support Mingo in his adventures in the Alaskan and Canadian wilderness! From the first solo kayak expedition to James Bay to his 500 mile Yukon River paddle in the summer of 2009, Mingo challenges some of the great wilderness regions in North America.
We are looking for investors for our next major research expedition. Mingo is planning a 5,500 mile trip from Great Slave Lake in Canada to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada. This expedition will traverse over 2,000 miles of the Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea.
Mingo hopes this three month plus adventure will add to the information scientists around the globe are collecting on our changing climate. He also hopes to preserve images of the magnificent vistas and wildlife that could disappear forever if temperatures continue to increase.
In addition to the still images and video, Mingo is also in the process of writing a travel adventure memoir that details his years of wandering and exploration throughout America.
Our Investors
Our investors are different. They believe in bringing about social change through their investments. Our investors are helping us bring a new resurgence of education to this country through the Attu series and bear research expeditions.
We work within a very frugal company framework. We can produce an Attu book for less than $3,000. As an investor, you can support one book or multiple books. The choice is yours. For research expeditions, investors can customize their support based their interests and the expedition’s unique needs.
We respect our investors. We understand that they are looking for respect, in turn, in addition to a fair return on their investments. We offer better returns and pay a better interest percentage than many other investments. Additionally, since we work on such a lean budget, we know how to make your money go farther.
